What do you need?
1) Valid passport
2) Confirmation of your stay
2.1) If you stay for over then 3 months in Czech Republic and you have confirmation of your stay
2.2) If you stay for less then 3 months, we will need Criminal Clearance Certificate (rejstrik trestu) from your national Police
2.3) If you are a Czech property owner - many problems are solved :-)
3) Registered address - from your own sources (friends, own property, etc.) or from us (PObox24)
4) National Police Criminal Clearance Certificate (Rejstrik trestu) - no older 3 months, issued in the country you come from, sometimes with Apostil (to be consulted)
Prices do not include fee for Police Clearance Certificate + its translation. I can find the most convenient certified translation, where you pay the real cost only. Nothing else.
